Danielle is an Idalou / Lubbock native who grew up following in the footsteps of her hard working parents. Danielle is the most community involved person I have ever met. She is a tireless volunteer for numerous youth sports programs & the Roosevelt School system. Danielle’s Millworks experience is incredibly deep, knowing & operating multiple window & door companies estimating systems & warranty departments for over 15 years. Danielle has been with Reid It Right since March 2020. Her dedication to customer service & her product knowledge makes Danielle a stand out in her field. In her spare time Danielle enjoys socializing with friends & family plus aiding & assisting in her two son’s & young grandson’s activities. Married to her high school sweetheart who is a long time employee at UMC, Danielle’s can do attitude & communication skills make her a pleasure to work with every day.

Lachana is a true native to West Texas as she has deep roots from Rotan, Snyder & Lubbock. Lachana has wore many hats in her professional career, including running financial operations for one of Lubbock’s top lumberyards. Growing up next to a cotton field & in a western environment shows through with Lachana’s gritty personality & her straight up communication style. Since starting at Reid It Right in March 2023, she has always had the best interests of the company at heart & takes her job very seriously. A fashionista at heart & someone who loves a cold beer & a two step on Friday night. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling & keeping up with her successful adult children & grandchildren.

Senior New Construction Technician

Dustin is a Lubbock native with over 20 years experience in the West Texas construction industry. Specializing in Millworks at an early age working for a national window & door company completing service & installation work. Dustin started with us back in July 2011. Since that time he has grown into a very experienced & highly skilled Window & Door Installer & Service Technician. Dustin’s friendly, get it done attitude has helped Reid It Right complete some incredible projects in West Texas & he is just beginning to find his true potential in the Millworks industry. In his spare time Dustin is a very dedicated family man who enjoys getting out on the lake, hunting game birds & taking care of his loved ones.

Graylon is a 46 year old Lubbock native with deep roots in the local construction industry. With over 25 years experience framing new residential homes in Lubbock, Graylon is an OG of the game, his years of on the tools experience & his friendly approachable demeanor, make him a true asset to our workforce. Graylon started with us in April 2025 & has
excelled at spreading positivity & true craftsmanship on the job site. In his spare time Graylon is an avid sports fan, but his family presence is what really stands out, he is always at every sports meet for his children who are standouts in their own individual pursuits which is a testament to his strong leadership & communication skills.

Andrew is 27 year old Lubbock native, who has been with the Reid It Right team since April 2025. When Andrew applied he used the name of a reference who I personally knew & respected. This family he previously worked for, leading trim carpentry crews gave him a glowing reference I could not ignore. Since starting with us, he has kept that same energy & is only at the precipice of his true potential in this industry. With an eye for detail & a strong background of taking care of others before himself, we truly enjoy Andrew on the crew.

Darren is a 21 year old Lubbock native, after becoming a decorated high school wrestler, Darren knows the dedication to the craft & the extreme hard work it takes to master a profession. Darren started his construction career early at 16 years old & for the last five years he has employed the skills he learned from wrestling at a high level into his carpentry career, working for 3 different Lubbock companies involving Outdoor Living Construction, Home Building & Commercial finish carpentry. He has been with Reid It Right since November 2025. In his spare time Darren enjoys being devoted a father to his young son Darren Jr & the best Husband to his wife Angel. As well as researching & learning new processes & tools in the ever evolving millworks industry. Darren has been with us since November 2025 & has continued to impress his supervisors & our clients with his high attention to detail, willingness to not only learn the standard but keep others accountable to it. The future is very bright for this young man who is an old soul at heart.
